We are so glad to have you visit us!!!
I created this site to have a place to showcase my Fur Baby Family and a place to advertise my new babies that are looking for forever homes!
We are located in Katy, TX…..just 10 mins west of Houston.
We breed our Chi’s as family members and raise them in our home as part of the crew. We do it for the love of the breed. Our Chi’s come from great blood lines and are all given 1st shots and De-Wormed and CKC registration papers.
Despite the following list of “rules”, we are very easy going. If we’re selling you a puppy, it’s because we genuinely like you and feel that you will be a responsible pet owner.
As people that have purchased Chihuahuas ourselves, we believe that if humanly possible, you should visit the breeder, see the parents and look at your puppy in person before putting down a deposit. We understand that this may not always be possible and we will take extra photographs and thoroughly discuss your concerns if an early visit is not practical.
We do not “hold” puppies without a deposit… regardless of having an appointment to see a specific puppy. Deposits are normally 1/2 of total amount. The Deposit is nonrefundable. Two exceptions: (1) We choose not to sell the puppy based on our discretion. (2) Puppy health.
We want our puppys to go to good forever homes and that is why we sell them at a pet quality prices and not breeder/show quality prices.
As much as we would like to believe otherwise, your dog is not human.
Feed your dog “Dog Food” only

*The Chihuahua is the smallest dog in the world & comes in 2 varieties only: the long-coated & the short-coated. ”Toy & Teacup” are generic terms used to describe the size of the chihuahua. Though a breeder may be able to accurately estimate what size your puppy will be based on the size of the parents and previous generations, it is impossible to guarantee that a puppy will stay small. Regardless of size, every puppy deserves a loving home.
